One popular healthy eating is Eat This Much. It’s an app you’ll need to create an account, but you have various sign-in options. For example, you can sign in with your Google or Facebook accounts or on the app. Once your account has been created, the app will ask you questions about yourself and what you want to achieve.

There are some features that are only available on the Premium plan, such as planning a week of meals at a time, instant grocery lists, grocery delivery, and automatic leftover planning. The monthly plan will set you back $8.99, but you can save 56% but going with the yearly plan and only paying $47.99.
